We're 4 male, sensible, clean, international mature student housemates looking for similar people to join us, Two of us have been in Cardiff studying for a year already. two from India, One from South America, One from Italy!

We hope to offer this room to an international postgraduate student rather than a professional.

This is a six bed house and there are 2 places available - to be considered you must have excellent communication skills and be ready to take full shared responsibility for the running of our home. This means you must undertake to do your fair share of household chores, management of bills and all other aspects that are involved in communal living. especially keeping things clean and tidy at all times.

To be clear - you are not booking just a room, you're joining a lovely group of people who are familiar with all aspects of sharing a property.

We are not interested in party animals joining the house, we're here to study and work hard.

There's a large kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 cookers, washer, dryer, dishwasher. Loads of cupboard space.

There's a separate lounge but it won't be in use until spring due to a maintenance program.

There's a sunny yard for use when there's sun!

Rent share is £400 per person per month, contract ends on 14th September 2025.
Bills are reasonable - but depend on usage - if you are sensible you will be looking at £40 per person per month for gas and electricity.
Water is paid directly to the Welsh Water company - its on a meter and is billed twice a year. Internet is about £6 per person per month.

BAND G for council tax so affordability will be tough for working professionals. The affordability requirements will need full evidence and paperwork would take at least 4 weeks to process. We'd really rather have students to join us not working people.

We won't consider anyone who wants to bring a car - landlord environmental policy, sorry. Also note that bed clothes are not provided -they're just for the pictures.
