Hello,
I need someone to take over my tenancy from 20th of December 2024 till end of July 2025. After that you can renew the contract with the agency which I have been doing for past the year. Great landlord too.
I have a room in a 2 bedroom house in Cathays next to Woodville road. 15
minutes from the center, 7 minutes from cathays station, 5 minutes from a lidl and most shops on short walking distance.
The rent is £500 excluding bills. WiFlis separate and is additional £20. No student as there is council tax to be paid roughly £88 monthly.
Monthly bills would be around 80£
Guarantor is important. Also when signing the contract we will have to pay £1000 each and that comes off from the 1st and last month rent. This is when you renew the contract on the 31st of July 2025.
Current flatmate is very clean, kind and friendly.
