Looking for 5th housemates!!!

We are looking for a fifth housemate, a female young professional, to join our house from the 1st week of October 2024.

Price: £275 per month (excluding bills and council tax). Bills are roughly around £70 per month.

Room Type: Furnished with a single bed, drawers, mirror, study table, etc.

The five-bedroom house is in the heart of Cathays, just a 15-minute walk to Cardiff City Centre, a 17-minute walk to Albany Road, and a 9-minute walk to City Road. There are plenty of amenities nearby: a 250 ft walk to Tesco Express, a 12-minute walk to Lidl, a 6-minute walk to Cathays Train Station, and a 25-minute walk to Cardiff Central Station.

The house has 2 bathrooms - one on each floor. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other housemate. The house also features a lovely living room and a decent-sized kitchen, which comes equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dryer, microwave, and oven.

The current housemates are four sociable girls who enjoy a variety of activities. They love watching movies, exploring new places, and having fun nights out with drinks. They also value their downtime, often taking spontaneous evening walks or relaxing at home with a good book and engaging conversation. They are a friendly bunch who balance a vibrant social life with cozy, relaxed moments.

We are looking for a girl who wants to become friends rather than just coexist. We’d love someone who values keeping the space tidy and neat and who will help make this house a true "home."
