We reserve the right to retain this payment should the applicant have provided false or misleading information at the time of applying for the tenancy or failed to take reasonable steps to enter into the tenancy agreement. The holding deposit will then be applied to the security deposit (of one-month rent) which is payable upon moving into the property. The tenancy agreement will need to be signed within 14 days following payment of the holding deposit. No admin fees will be charged to tenants.
