Urgently looking for someone to fill a room in a 6 bed student house on Harriet Street, Cathays. Rent is £400 per month + approx. £50 per month for bills (gas, water, electricity, wifi, TV licence). Contract runs up to 28th June 2025. Property is a 10 minute walk to Cathays train station, 25 minute walk into central Cardiff. Room is nice, light and spacious and is on the top floor of the house. It comes with a double bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers and two bedside tables. Living with five other girls, all third year undergraduate students at Cardiff Uni.
