Looking for a quiet, reliable person to move in

Hi new potential flatmate!

My current flatmate (who is also a friend), moved out after a year, since his circumstances changed. I would like to find somebody who likes there own time, but might like to socialise for baking, cooking or card games orJenga from time to time.
I am female. 38, German, (with settled status), no baggage, clean, friendly and a extroverted introvert. I am a mature student in my 2ed year at Uni, studying artist Designer Maker: specialising in Chainmail.
- respectful of your space & time
- not a bathroom blocker
- like my own space, but would like to build new friendships through dinner etc.
- not into parties or drinking heavily
- no drugs
- non smoker

The flat:
- spacious & bright flat (if the sun is out!)
- washing Machine
- shared kitchen/living room & bathroom
- shared garden, with superb neighbours
- happy to share all stuff in the kitchen, as long as you are considerate with it

The room itself:
- empty, except of one desk which can be disposed of if you don't want it!
- spacewise used to have a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed in it and still had space!
- looks out on the garden, and is the quiet one of the two rooms

The bills:
- Split between both of us and come up to 80-90£ per person, depending on how much we heat or use the electricity during winter. This includes, ring doorbell coverage, electricity(pay as you go), gas (pay as you go), water & 500mb/s internet.
- (Previous flatmate just send me the money when it was due. So no organisation needed from your part other than keeping the dates in mind).

Parking:
Parking on the street. You will need a permit though.

Location:
- right around the corner from Whitchurch Road & Cathay's beautiful cemetery
- 11 minutes by foot from Cathays train stop. -
- Lidl, restaurants, Tesco express just around the corner
