You will be sharing with Rola who works full time as an optician and Will who is training as a physio. The house is quiet and relaxed.

The upstairs bedroom is furnished with:
-Double bed
-Mattress
-Built in wardrobe
-Chest of drawers x2
-Window blind

The rest of the house is also fully furnished including the lounge.

Kitchen includes large dining table and chairs, fridge/freezer, dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots/pans, crockery and cutlery.

Bathroom with usual sink, toilet, shower over bath, and bathroom cabinet.

There is a big low maintenance garden (astro turf) with decking and a back gate for easy bike storage.

Rent is £650 per month per person.

Rent includes all bills - council tax, water, gas and electric (reasonable usage), and high speed broadband.

Permit parking is available.

In person viewings are preferred to meet existing housemates.
