Double room available in Cathays - Bills inc

I'm looking for a housemate to share my home with who also loves cats, houseplants and gardening.

I spend most of my time living away and come back periodically. My brother occasionally comes to stay and there will be another housemate in a rented room.

While I’m away I'd ask you to water the houseplants and plants in the greenhouse.

I currently have a cat, but plan to move her in with my partner soon.

The room is a large double, with a wardrobe, draws, a desk and plenty additional space under the bed for storage. It would suit working from home well.

There is a shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.

We're pretty chilled, quiet, and keen to keep the house clean and I like to fix any issues as soon as they arise.

We're located in a quiet residential street near Maindy, very close to the university, hospital and within walking distance of the centre of town, Roath park, Heath park and Bute park.

Bills are included, including electricity, gas, council tax, water and broadband.
