Large double room available in cathays

I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy from now until 1 July. The flat consists of 6 bedrooms, shared living room & kitchen and two bathrooms. Currently all female household with a mixture of master students, and one PHD. All lovely and friendly girls from 23-26.

The bedroom available is a large double room, which has a built in wardrobe, chest of draws and large desk. The room also comes with a tv mounted on the wall which is suitable for the use of a fire stick.

Rent is £575 per month and includes all bills and is payable to the Living Room letting agency. You must:

1) be a student
2) Provide a guarantor. (If you do not have a guarantor, you will be required to pay a deposit equal to 2 months’ rent)
3) Pay a deposit equal to 1 months’ rent.
4) Pay rent from the day you take over the contract

If interested, you will need to fill out an application form and provide your guarantor details to the letting agency. I will be able to send you the relevant links to do this.

P. s I am currently living at home so I have taken the photos from online. The layout of the bathrooms are slightly different but same interior.
