3 Double Rooms Available in a 5 Bedroom House

3 bedrooms are available in our spacey 5 bedroom house. We have lived here for years, but three of our current housemates are moving, so we are looking for 3 responsible and considerate people to join our household. The landlord is a very professional person and he has always done a great job of maintaining the place and repairing/replacing anything that is out of order. The house is in proximity to City road, Cardiff University, Lidl, Roath Park, Cathays Library and multiple bus stops. We are friendly and easy going. We only demand someone who will be responsible with the bills and considerate of their housemates. £450 is a very decent price for Cardiff and for the rooms available. The bills (council tax, water, gas, electricity and wi-fi) are up to £100 a month per person. There is plenty of space and there is also a garden that can be used for storing bikes, drying clothes etc. We have a bathroom (toilet, sink and bath) and a shower room (sink and shower).

Smoking and pets are not allowed inside unfortunately by contract.
