Hello, I have a short-term room available (but a long term possibility) in a two-bedroom one bathroom flat on Rhymney Terrace, near Woodville Road. (If interested in, add in your interested list then I'll contact you)

I'm a PhD student and leaving my flat to visit my family.
Female preferred. It is furnished with a double-sized bed and desk, a shared living room, and a kitchen.

Date and price will be flexible and negotiable.
Available date range: from June 27 to late August
(BUT, you can take over my contract and keep going for another academic year or so as I will be leaving this flat anyway. We can discuss more, the agency is very helpful)

Now the room has a mattress protector, one more drawer, a new curtain, and a new chair (different from the picture a little bit). It's hard floor flat. I can share a video and living room video as well. This flat is pretty in a good condition compare to other flats in Cathays.
