Three lovely bedrooms in a shared household

Hi, we are exchange students moving out of Cardiff in June.
There are 2 rooms (upstairs) to rent from mid-june and 1 room (ground floor) to rent from June 8th. We are open to discussion regarding those dates.
Rooms are available from June to August, with the possibility to stay for another year from September. This is to be discussed with the landlord.

The property has 2 showers and a toilet upstairs + a bathroom with shower and toilet downstairs.
We have a big kitchen (with 3 fridges, 3 freezers, 1 gas stove, 1 electric stove, washing machine, dish washer, drying machine, air fryer, oven, microwave).
We also have a cute backyard that is great on sunny days!

Bills are not included, but that should come to a total of 35£ maximum per month. Broadband is included though.
You have to be exempt of paying Council taxes to rent a room in the property.

The house is really close to Cardiff University buildings and facilities, to the supermarket and to the train station of Cathays.
