Looking for an accommodation for uni starting January?
I am looking for 1 female/non-binary lodger to start January. It's a 3 bed and you will be joining 2 woman, one going into 2nd year and myself going into third year. Both of us are very sociable. House is based near Albany road. Close walk to heath, SU and Cardiff city! 450 not including bills.
The room is furnished with a single bed that can convert to a double and storage. The photos show the current bed and the room with the previous bed in. If you feel more furniture is needed, I am happy to provide it with in reason. Parking permit available also.
Students welcome. I am very sociable and friendly. Always up for a night in or out
