*Tenancy Take Over* One Room Available In Cathays

Hi everyone! Im looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a flat that i share with 2 other female university students.

The room that you will have is shown in the photos.

The apartment itself is located in Cathays, and only a 5 minute walk to Cathays train station, and a 10-15 minute walk into the city centre - so in a great spot for transport as well as night life, shopping exct.

Rent is payed 3 months in advance, meaning that September has already been payed for, the next rent is for October, November, and December and will be payed on the 14th of September. The last months rent has also been payed for aswell (June 2026)

Bills are payed separately to Uni homes and is payed monthly at a price of £126.01 per month.

You have a shared kitchen and shared bathroom, and although some may shy away from the idea of a shared bathroom, the two other girls in this house are very clean and respectful people who clean up after themselves at all time and will not put you in a position where you may feel uncomfortable.

Due to a personal situation, i am moving out and need someone to take my spot, ideally you must be female and between the ages of 19-25 and must be able to pay the rent for the 10 months.
