We are looking for 2 students to take over tenancy of 2 rooms in a 6 bed property on Rhymney Street. The tenancy lasts until 30th of June 2026. The house is in an excellent location with the Centre for student life 5 minutes walk away and town a 10 minute walk away. Both rooms have double beds, desks and wardrobes. The other tenants are students and one young professional all aged 21-22. Bills are organised in a package £80 a month for great WiFi, unlimited heat and water as well as TV licence.
