Looking for two student housemates to join our 4 bed house for the next academic year!
Currently we are 3 girls and 1 boy. Two of the girls are moving out so we need a pair to take their place. We are 2nd years currently.
We (Jack and I) are both friendly and tidy, we would ideally prefer girls but we are flexible. You would need to be a student since the house is managed by Cardiff Student Lettings.
Rent is £470 per month with bills estimated between £50-£70 per month.
The house is on Lisvane Street, so still close distance to university buildings and the student union without being too noisy or messy.
There are two bathrooms (both with a shower, sink, and toilet), so you will have a bathroom to share.
The two rooms available are both spacious and fully furnished. One of the rooms even has a sink!
We love our home and that’s why we are so keen to stay here!!
