Stundent house with spare room

I have a room that I will no longer be using in a shared house, the 3 other occupants are a very good group of people who are social, helpful round the house and respectful. The house is very nice and the other people living there keep it clean. They would enjoy it if a potential flatmate could be social and overall helpful in the house. I have left the house on short notice as I’ve decided not to return to university and I need a replacement in the room urgently. The flatmates are overall easy going. The room that’s available is spacious, has a desk with a chair a double bed and is situated on the ground floor and the front room next to the front door. Both bathrooms are upstairs and the kitchen is fully equipped. Any other questions please don’t hesitate to call me!
