Looking for a couple sociable people to join our 9 bed, 3 bathroom house in Cathays, Cardiff for the 26/27 academic year.
• The letting begins 03/07/2026 and ends 28/06/2027.
• Both rooms come furnished with double beds, a desk and wardrobe.
• There is a comfortable and sociable living space with an open-plan kitchen-lounge area.
• There is an out-house at the end of the garden containing washing machine and dryer.
• Located in the centre of Cathays.

• We are 7 girls studying a range of degrees in Cardiff City. We’re looking for a couple friends, or individuals that are up for a laugh and clean, willing to fill our house.
