I'm looking for a replacement tenant to take over my room in a shared house in Cathays. Its available right now until the 30th of June. If you wish to stay longer you could renew the contract with the current housemates. Bills not included.

Great for Cardiff uni and right next to cycle path ways to for easy city access. Road parking available too.

The housemates are a great group of 5 lads, all very welcoming. 2 are Northern Irish and come with a funny accent. The other three are english, poshness ranges. They all have a range of interests outside of academics. All do a medical related subject at Cardiff University.
