Spacious 7 bed (all doubles), 2 bathroom student house located in Cathays. I've found other options so am looking for a replacement. 6 other 1st year quiet lads, mostly studying Computer Science or Biology, are signed into the contract so only one person is needed. Bedrooms and living room come fully furnished (including TVs) . Kitchen comes with dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. Wifi, Water and TV license are included in rent (but not electricity). Occupation starts 12/07/2026 ending on 10/07/2027. Holding deposit (£200) is paid and can be paid again if necessary, this will come off first months rent.
