Double Room for Female Postgraduate Student

A bright double room is available in Cathays for a female postgraduate student only, in a shared house with 4 friendly female students aged 24 to 32. Looking for someone clean, respectful and easy to live with.

The rent is very affordable, and the location is ideal. Monthly bills come to around £60. The house is about a 20-minute walk from Cardiff University and only 15 minutes from Lidl and Tesco Express. Roath Park is nearby, which is perfect for walks. The neighbourhood is quiet but well connected, with many useful shops and services along the main road, and a lovely café just 5 minutes' walk away on Fairoak Road.

The house has two toilets and one shower. There is also a small back garden, which is great in summer for sitting outside and for drying laundry, and is useful for keeping bicycles safe.

The room includes a double bed, a desk, a small wardrobe with a full-length mirror, and a extra separate space for coats or bags. Just outside the room, there is a large closet for your exclusive use, perfect for suitcases or extra belongings.

Please note that we cannot accept smokers or pets. The house is managed by private landlords, they are just a message or call away if there is any issue.
