Cathays Terrace, King room, perfect for students

Hello! I am sadly dropping out of uni so the room in my house is becoming available. It's a spacious room with a king bed and fully furnished. My housemates are all very nice and welcoming. I need someone to take the remaining months of this years contract (until the end of June) and then also next year. HOWEVER, if you can only do next year still contact me. Student property - council tax not a payable cost.

Great location, close to main campus, opposite Tesco Express, down the street from Lidl, close to library.
