Urgent Tenancy Takeover - July 1st - Cardiff

We are looking for someone to take our flatmates place in our tenancy. It’s a 3 bed flat occupied by me & one other girl. Both lovely and social and students going into their third year at Cardiff university.

New occupant must be a student with proof of enrolment and a UK guarantor.

Property is available from July 1st 2026 - you will be taking over tenancy for one of the girls who is currently on the contract. If taken up before July you will get the full lease.

Location is Richmond Road, Cardiff, which is central to Cathays and a short walk to the city centre and Cardiff University.

Property is a 3 bedroom flat on a private complex, with 1 room available to rent. All are double rooms. There’s an open plan kitchen and one bathroom. All are modern and is electric only, no gas.

Bills are not included - electric only property claims to be more bills efficient.

Payments of £1800pp should be made quarterly (covering 3 months rent at a time), so £600 per month or £150 per week (roughly). I can provide more information.

Councils Tax exempt as students.

Tenancy is from 01/07/2026- 30/06/2027.
