Two rooms available in student house share 2026/27

We’re looking for two friendly, sociable students (preferably girls please!) to replace me and another housemate in our upcoming house contract starting from August 26.

The remaining tenants staying on are third-years so busy! But outgoing, and sociable. They love having people over, going out, and having a nice house atmosphere, but they're also relaxed and not on your case about every little thing.

The house is in the heart of Cathays, so it’s perfectly placed for Cardiff Uni and SU, as well as being about a 10 minute walk into the city centre.

The house is also a lovely three-storey Victorian terrace, full of character with big, generously sized rooms. It very much feels like a home rather than your average student let! There are two full bathrooms plus a separate toilet, and a shared kitchen.
