Housemates wanted for 7 bed student house

We are looking for 3 people to fill our 7 bed student house on Mundy Place about a 5 minute walk from lidl and the ASSL, tenancy starting in July. Rooms available are attic rooms of all very similar sizes and furnishing. There are 2 full bathrooms and 1 extra toilet, a large shared living room and kitchen. Rent is £550 pcm and bills are ~£50

We are 3 girls and 1 non-binary person aged 21-23, ideally looking for other female students around that age to join us.

We’re all friendly and sociable, we love both a pub night or a chatty night in, looking for someone to be friends with and not just housemates!
