2 Rooms on Malefant Street

We are group of Cardiff Met students who have had 2 housemates back out of the tenancy last minute, we are looking for sociable people as we often go out, whether its a rave, club night, pub or an outdoor activity, we are all heading into 3rd year aside from myself who is going into second so we are open to second years through to masters students. There are 3 boys and one girl so at least one girl would be nice balance out the ratio a bit. July rent is set to be covered by the previous tenants, so new tenants would need to be able to cover the rent for August and September, which would be £1274 as rent is paid quarterly. We are able to move belongings in on the 15th of July and fully move in on the 1st of August. Bills Included.
