1/2 Bed Flat with outdoor space - please read!

Price is for the whole flat but can be split between people - whatever works for you.

I own this gorgeous flat in Penarth and to be honest it is a dream home. I have had it decorated properly and the bathroom floor is new too! All the bills are included.

I am a 31 year old English Teacher with a love of colourful décor! I have lived here with lodgers for the last 3 years and it has been great but I am going to try my luck in the land of London for a while! Looking for a single person or a couple to take care of it while I am gone. I only have a few pictures right now but I will update with more ASAP. The layout is changeable so I could rent to 2 friends or family members if you want to change the rooms up. I currently have it as 2 double bedrooms but one of these can be a lounge or a bedroom.

I am fine with pets. No smoking indoors. All fairly normal reasonable expectations to be honest.

The slightly unusual part of this arrangement is that the small room (whether lounge or bedroom or office) I would need to keep a single bed or sofa bed in there so I could stay in it one night a month. I need to maintain residence here and also I have all my friends in Cardiff so I want to sustain those relationships this way. It would only be for 1 night a month and otherwise that room is yours to use. I would just leave a few bits behind for when I'm here like a few clothes and books etc. This room can be shut off otherwise if you find it a bit odd to use when I'm not there! Totally up to you.

I thought this was a bit unusual but apparently not all that uncommon!

Fine with picture hooks and shelves and whatever else you want to put up. Just not in the kitchen or the bathroom as I have had these done professionally so I am a bit more precious with them!
