Single bedroom provided furnished with bed, desk & chair, shelves, mirror & wardrobe. I am also happy to offer bedding & sheets if wanted.

It's the sunniest and warmest room in the house. The house has an open plan living/dining room, good size kitchen that is fully equipped (no need to bring your own utensils unless you want to), utility with washing machin & Dryer, 2 bathrooms and a huge garden.

The house is located right next to Dinas Powys station so you can be in Cardiff Central in 15 minutes. Perfect for someone working in Cardiff but wants some quiet after work (not to mention cheaper rent).

There is also ample on street parking.

The house is within walking distances of pubs, coffee shop, deli, petrol station, Tesco & food shops, library, rugby club, tennis courts, bowling green, the community centre, golf club and a swimming pool. Dinas also has a lovely ancient woodland for walks.

You will be sharing me with me, Chloe, 32, live in landlord, I work in sustainability marketing. I'm a vegan and like to cook, travel, visit the theatre and go to gigs. You'll also be sharing with Kiwi the cat, who is incredibly friendly and loves cuddles. I will be looking for a 3rd flatmate in the future too.

I'm looking for a housemate, ideally female aged between 25-45, students or professionals welcome. I am vegan and would only be able to take on housemates who are happy to live in a vegetarian household, so no storing or cooking meat in the house. Vegans perfered.
It be great to share with someone who wouldn't mind sharing a drink or meal from time to time but respects personal space too.
