Hello, I have a large Furnished Double Bedroom with lovely woodland views of horse fields. I am looking to share with a professional, clean, organised house guest. This is a single occupancy only room let, no sharing with partners or friends to stay at the property at anytime. Private allocated parking space.

Train station within a few minutes walking distance and 11 minutes into Cardiff central and the same to Barry, bus stop across the road into Cardiff/Penarth/Cardiff Bay also available.

The house is within walking distances of pubs, Royal India, coffee shop, deli, petrol station, Tesco & food shops, library, rugby club, tennis courts, bowling green, the community centre, golf club and a swimming pool. Dinas also has a lovely ancient woodland for walks and easy to walk or drive to the coast in neighbouring Penarth, Sully or Barry, Cosmeston, Penarth Marina and Cardiff Bay.
