Separate bathroom / wet room sometimes shared.
There's access to a large kitchen, laundry, indoor and outdoor eating areas.
The room furniture consists of: single bed, desk, clothes rail, chest of drawers, shelving and bed storage.
There is also currently 2 shelving units, one could be switched for an armchair if required.
We provide bed linen and towels.
The room is on the ground floor of an extended end of terraced house with rural views located on Cardiff Road.
It's 15 minutes walk to Llandough Hospital and 10 minutes walk to Eastbrook station which has a frequent and regular train service.
We are in walking / cycling distance of pubs, restaurants and shops being close to both the famously friendly Dinas Powys village and Penarth.
This 4-bedroom property has plenty of space - a total of 9 rooms and 3 bathrooms and is occupied by a professional owner / couple, occasional guests and a friendly cat.
You will have access to the stunning 1 acre garden with sheltered seating and al fresco eating locations.
Self-service breakfast can be provided at extra cost.
We are seeking an in-work or fulltime student lodger, who is relaxed, friendly, respectful and sensitive.
Also available for short stays (£80 per night - discount available for longer stays - please enquire) or long-term rental (minimum one month) - £140 per week (bills inc.). No security deposit required if staying on a nightly basis but if renting - the security deposit is required & must be paid in advance.
