Large double room with seating area.

I have a spacious garage conversion at the front of the house with a door leading to the shared living room. The room has a double bed, Tv and fridge. The house is very well kept and clean. There is parking on the street and the cul-de-sac is very quiet and safe. The house is 5 minute walk from the local train and bus stop and local shops. Lovely location. Quite and peaceful. It is important to mention that I am a father of two children. They will stay every other weekend.
