Property is set in quiet but friendly hamlet of Llancadle. Large garden with property which tenant is very welcome to use.

I would prefer a single person who likes dogs - I have a very friendly dog & also 2 children.

Just 15 minutes drive from Llantwit Major, 20 minutes from Cowbridge & Culverhouse Cross, Cardiff & 30 minutes from Bridgend. Very convenient for people working at MOD St Athan, Aberthaw Power Station & Cement Works & Cardiff Airport. Lots of wonderful walks in close-by open countryside & 10 minutes from stunning National Heritage Coastline.
