Ground floor flat in an excellent location with ample car parking outside. I have a large living room and there are maintained communal gardens to the rear.

I live in a quiet cul-de-sac in Llandaff with nice neighbours - I know them all by name.

Near Rockwood hospital, the Bishop of Llandaff H S, Insole Court and the old BBC. Also within walking distance of Llandaff village and the Taff trail.

Transport links:
5-7 minute walk to Danescourt train station and there's also a bus service just next to the train station with regular services into Cardiff centre. (12 minutes/ 20 mins to get into the city centre respectively.)

A bit about me:
I am a sociable, clean professional who works hard during the week so isn't out partying late unless it's the weekend.

I like to go out and enjoy life and ideally I would like a house mate who is similar. (Would not suit a couch potato.)

I'm looking for someone who I can get on well with but I will also respect your privacy if that's what you would prefer.

I speak very good French and Italian along with a bit of Spanish and of course English (native speaker).
