Lodger required for property in Danescourt, Llandaff. 4 miles from city centre, and around 2 miles from Cardiff Met Llandaff campus. Great rural places in the vicinity, including the Taff trail. Llandaff Cathedral is also nearby.

Full access to living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, hallways and garden areas. Includes driveway for more than 1 vehicle. Will have kitchen spaces in fridge, freezer and cupboard. Can use utensils, crockery and cooking pans. Also allotted areas provided in bathroom.

Room is not currently furnished, but is newly decorated and will be furnished with single bed and desk. Room also has built in storage cupboard.

Don't mind smokers, but no smoking in the house. No pets allowed.
