I live a short walk from the Cardiff Met Llandaff campus and I let out my small spare bedroom with all bill included.
I've successfully hosted three female Erasmus students from Germany, Ireland and Spain, and students from Turkey and USA. All arrangements have worked really well.
You would share the house with me and my teenage daughter and we're very easy to live with.
Neutral renovated single room with IKEA and Next furniture. It's a small room but great location in the heart of the conservation area in Llandaff village. Short walk to Llandaff Metropolitan campus and an easy bus ride or 35 min walk to the city centre. Shops, post office, coffee shops and good pubs a short walk from my home.
All bills included: council tax, water, gas, electricity, broadband, Netflix, cleaning products, toilet roll etc. The property is council tax band F. Students are exempt from paying council tax.
I am in my 40s and my daughter is 15 so we'd like a female lodger. We had au pairs which my kids were little and my daughter likes the idea of a similar aged lodger age 18-30 but older is fine too. We just want to find a chilled, happy, friendly girl or woman who fits in and gets on well with us.
We also have two very friendly pet cats.
