My current flat mate is moving out so looking for someone to take over the 6 month left on the tenancy. It’s a gorgeous homely apartment right by llandaff high street and very close to a Tesco extra. The landlord will be selling the property after this tenancy so there’s no option to stay on in the tenancy. But if we were a good fit I’d be open to look to property share after the tenancy is over somewhere else :) council tax and bills are just under 200 a month
