Two bed flat in Llandaff, very quiet and covenient

Two bed flat with spare room on offer for a short term let. I am the property owner and currently live in London, I visit the flat frequently but am not there all the time. The flat is currently for sale but due to complicated issues with the lease the sale is expected to take about another 6 months possibly longer. I am looking for a mature professional who would fit in with the existing flatowners. The area is quiet, and conveneinet located for llandaff villagfe and for travel to Cardiff town centre. I may consider renting flat out in its entirity for a fixed term but would entail a higher rent. Happy to consider this option
