Large double room w/kingsize bed avail now

I'm looking to rent out a double bedroom in my 2-bed maisonette while I'm away. There is already someone renting the second bedroom but he will only be there from Sundays to Fridays so you would have the place to yourself on the weekends.
The room is quite large with a king-sized bed and a large window overlooking grass and a mature tree. There is plenty of storage space too.
There is a large living room overlooking the garden with broadband and sky tv. The kitchen has been recently renovated and has a washing machine and dishwasher. It opens onto an east-facing balcony that also overlooks the garden.
The room is available until at least May but if you are interested and would like it for longer, let me know and I should be able to arrange that.
It has really good transport links being just over 5 minutes walk to Waun Gron station, and is even closer to bus stops with regular services into the city centre. It's also very easy to access the Motorway from here, East or West.
The photos show the room with my stuff still in it but that will all be gone, unless you need bedding or anything!
