£30 per night, £140 per week or £480 per calendar month.

A lovely, clean, comfortable double bedroom close to Llandough Hospital (only 10 minutes walk). Double bed, fitted wardrobe, drawer space and desk. Bed linen provided. Fast speed broadband and TV used with a firestick.

Sharing bathroom with me, bath and shower. Sharing kitchen with me. No food included. Living room for my sole use only.

Only one person allowed to stay, no couples and no overnight guests.

This is just a room let and not a whole flat share. I would prefer to rent out to people who already have a permanent address in the UK.
