The accommodation is a large, open plan room with en-suite facilities and direct access to a garden. It is fully furnished. There is no separate kitchen but access to the kitchen in the home and a microwave, kettle and toaster in the apartment. There is a separate entrance to the apartment, providing plenty of privacy. The house is located in a private cul-de-sac and only about a 10 minute walk from Llandough hospital, 12 minutes walk to Cogan train station or a 10 minute drive into Cardiff City.
It is suitable for short term lets for professional individuals or couples of up to a maximum of 3 months.
