Hi, I’m Alister (or Ali), a Cardiff Uni PhD student. I’m after a friendly, respectful student to share my quiet home in Llanrumney (woodland + field on the doorstep). Buses 49/50 a short walk; Tesco Express nearby; Newport Road supermarkets ~10 min drive; easy access to city centre and M4. Off-road parking.
Room/house - newly furnished double; plenty of storage; desk in room; 3 bathrooms so no shower queue; 500 Mbps fibre; well-equipped kitchen; drying cupboard + dehumidifier; garden with line; large shed for a bike.
Household - me, three outdoor cats, and my girlfriend part of the week. Relaxed and tidy. I’m into hiking, wild swimming, MTB, climbing, coffee and board games—and open to tweaks that make the place homelier.
Looking for - cat-friendly, considerate student.
