There is a well kept garden, with a large patio, decking, lawns and flower beds. Also, the all important BBQ.

There is an upstairs bathroom with a toilet, sink, bath and shower. There is also a downstairs shower room with shower, toilet and sink. There is shared lounge with an adjoining large kitchen, dinning area and snug area with a TV. In the kitchen there are 2 sinks and 2 washing machines.

There is another room downstairs with a second dinning table.

The house has laminate flooring through out.

The single bedroom has fitted wardrobes next to and over the bed, a bedside cabinet, and a chest of draws. I can put a table or desk with a chair in there, if it is needed.

The parking is on the dead-end road next to the house, or you can park outside the garage, which is behind the house down a short lane.

I am looking for a professional tenant or students, but depending on circumstances benefits will be considered.

There is also a holiday let annex, which can only be let for 3 months at a time. It is in the back garden. It has a fully fitted kitchen and a shower room.
