Single Room and Double Room Available

Country Semi in Gileston, next to St Athens & Llantwit Major.

I have a single room available £550 pcm, and a double room available £650 pcm, all bills included. Broadband 500 meg. The bedrooms all have country views and if you like the beach, you have a five minute walk to get there. Sheer bliss.

There is a well kept garden, with a large patio, decking, lawns and flower beds. Also, the all important BBQ.

There is an upstairs bathroom with a toilet, sink, bath (new) and shower. There is also a downstairs shower room with shower, toilet and sink. There is shared lounge with an adjoining large kitchen, dinning area and snug area which will have a TV, when I decide the best one to buy. In the kitchen there are 2 sinks and 2 washing machines.

There is another room downstairs with a second dinning table.

The house has laminate flooring through out.

The single bedroom has fitted wardrobes next to and over the bed, a bedside cabinet, and a chest of draws. I can put a table or desk with a chair in there, if needed.

The parking is on the dead-end road next to the house, or you can park outside the garage, which is behind the house down a short lane.

I am looking for professional people, but depending on circumstances benefits will be considered.

I would prefer, not to have someone who does a lot of cooking.

Pets, I have 3 well behaved cats who are out most of the time, so no dogs or cats, but caged pets such as hamsters, mice, rats or rabbits can be accommodated.
