1 single room (which can be made into double) to rent in a 4 bedroom detached property in Llantwit Major. The room has a built in wardrobe. And 6 drawers. Shared bathroom. Extra WC downstairs, use of washing machine, dishwasher and all cooking facilities. Less than 5 minute walk to train station, shops and necessities. 3km from the coastal path. 2 living rooms and large garden. We have a dog, called Nala she lives in the conservatory and garden and loves people! All bills will be included in price for rent, including WiFi. Short term & long term rent available.
We are looking for a lodger for weekdays only (weekends can be negotiated) for work purposes.
