I have a double room available which will be furnished.

I'm simply looking for someone to appreciate living in a nice home and is easy to get along with. :)

You will have full use of the apartment
which is finished to the highest specifications with fantastic countryside views.

The kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you would expect. You will have full use of your own bathroom (shower and bath).

As for getting about the bus/train station is only a 3 minutes walk away. Cardiff by train is approx. 40 minutes and Bridgend 20 minutes.

Supermarkets, pubs and post office etc are all within a 5 minute stroll.

The property has gated entry and you will have use of your own parking space.
