Single Room for rent in large detatched home

I have a small single room available in a quiet large detatched home in Llantwit Major. The house is a 2 minute walk from the town centre, rail and bus station. I am 5 minutes away from St Athan and 10 minutes from Aberthaw.
There is wifi, a separate bathroom and shower for the rooms as I have my own bathroom. Access to the main kitchen if needed. There is a large garden & patio with seating. Smoking in the back garden is ok but not in the house. Plenty of parking around the house as it’s a corner plot. I have a small bichone frise dog who is very good natured and two cats. The house is kept spotless. We are too far from the local Universities for students sorry. Feel free to call me Sue.
