This is perfect for young professionals moving to the area before committing to long term renting, or buying. Or someone wanting to pay a bit extra than a house share and have accommodation to themselves (which is currently around £750 in the area.)

Please note the property does not have a washing machine, but there is a washer and dryer on site which costs £3.

Wifi is adequate but not 100% - the current tenant uses a 4G router and finds this is is adequate for him to work from home. You are within walking distance of Penarth, and the train station into Cardiff.

There is a swimming pool (unheated) which can use in the summer and a bar with pool/darts open in the evenings.

No pets, no smoking, professionals preferred. Water rates are included but not gas and electric are not included which cost around £40 per month in the winter.
