Freshly decorated, the house itself is in the prestigious area of Oakfields, Marshfield, a quiet residential area surrounded by fields. Two minutes from the A48 and five from the M4. 17 minutes drive to Cardiff City Centre. Two Bus stops very close by.

I am looking for a fellow professional. Not someone who works from home

You would have use of rear entrance for access, a modern kitchen, open plan living room/ bedroom and off road parking, unlimited internet and garden. Price includes ALL bills.

No couples/dependants or pets. Not o be used as working from home
No plug in heaters allowed due to soaring fuel costs
