Room on The Marina

Hi I'm a 30 year old professional who's looking for someone to share my flat Monday - Friday or Sunday - Thursday.

The property is in a block of 9 apartments with plenty of free parking and a 300m walk to the train station. Tesco, a coffee shop and gym are all within a 10 - 15 minute walk.

As a flat mate you'd have a private double room and access to a light and airy living / dining area, a spacious kitchen and a shared bathroom.

I'm an outgoing, sociable person and always happy to chat, however, I understand that after a busy day some prefer privacy and time to relax. Having a fairly busy work schedule I usually leave the house early and don't return until past 8pm so you'd have the place to yourself a lot of the time.

I'm usually out of the property so guests are likely to have the majority of the space to themselves during the week.
