Hi, I have a lovely large double fully furnished room to rent in the attic conversion of my house in Penarth.. Rent is £470 pcm which includes all bills plus internet. Share kitchen, bathroom, rear lounge and garden.
Its available for approx six months as Im planning to downsize and my house is on the market..
Local corner shop and Spa plus Penarth town centre shops closeby.
Excellent public transport links to Cardiff City Centre on the doorstep(bus stop 5 mins walk, station 10 mins walk) and very close to Cardiff Bay with its retail Park, leasure facilities and M4 link. The local shops and beach are within a short distance and there is on road parking. It is also a very safe area.
Ideal lodger would be a non smoking person, aged between 25 and 55 who is clean, tidy and respectful has a mature disposition and who is quiet when Im sleeping as I work shifts in healthcare..(This is v important).
A professional working person preferred.
I am a quiet person who likes my space but am friendly and happy to chat.
