Large double room in lovely flat

I have available a large room in my lovely flat in Penarth. The flat is ideally situated, a 5 minute walk from both the train station ( 10 minute ride to Cardiff central), and the sea front. .
There is a communal garden that wraps around the building, and the steps in the bathroom lead to a fire escape which doubles up as a decent little balcony with a nice view.
The bedroom is very spacious and there is a super comfy king sized bed, drawers and table in there, only thing missing is a wardrobe. Black desk and chair, and wardrobe shown in photos will be leaving.
I work as a nurse assistant in a mental health hospital and spend most of my free time creating (art, writing, music). I am very laid back and easy going and am generally just looking for someone sound to come and live with me.
